Sitarbob plays the electric sitar, which is kind of like a guitar with a buzzing bridge to emulate the sitar sound. (Invented in New Jersey in the '60s by famous session musician Vincent Bell).
Sitarbob is often accompanied by friend Lisa Melian on percussion. Together they play in an atmospheric way, there for ambience, so they're playing rhythmic background music and keeping it mellow.
